What We Believe

A culture of healthy feedback is essential for psychological safety—a shared belief that team members will not be rejected or embarrassed for speaking up with their ideas, questions, or concerns. And research shows that psychological safety is required for diverse teams to fully maximize their collective potential. As you build a diverse organization, effective communication in all directions becomes ever more important. Yet most of us either shy away from giving feedback at all or aren’t taught how to welcome meaningful feedback from others. True inclusion and equity cannot exist without a culture of healthy feedback and perspective sharing. Most feedback training programs are not built with equity at the center—but ours is. We help participants learn how power dynamics and identity impact communication at work.

Our program includes:

  • A discovery process to understand how employees currently relate to feedback

  • Small group cohorts engaging in three participatory workshops with practice assignments in between workshops

  • Expert guidance to your leaders who are influencing feedback culture every day

  • A co-branded feedback guide to aid in ongoing implementation and new hire training/onboarding 

  • Supportive internal communication about the program to all participants

  • Summary of results and key recommendations at the end of the program
