Culturally-Aware Feedback Training™
We transform how teams communicate across power and identity. By combining skill-building, reflection, and practice, we equip purpose-driven organizations and progressive companies to navigate feedback with cultural awareness, equity, and courage—creating workplaces where accountability strengthens trust instead of breaking it.
The data is clear—great places to work cannot exist without a culture of healthy feedback.
It’s what fuels collaboration, innovation, and creative conflict—the essential ingredients of strong organizations. And healthy feedback is the foundation for an inclusive organization in which inequities can be surfaced, appropriately addressed, and where all people can thrive. We know that harmful disparities exist in the workplace—for example, Black and Latinx people receive 2.4x more feedback that’s not actionable compared to white and Asian people (Textio, 2022).
The problem with most feedback frameworks? They fail to take power and identity into account in ways that truly empower all employees—regardless of their background or job title.
Ours does. It’s the first-of-its-kind, comprehensive program for seeking, giving, and receiving feedback with cultural awareness and tangible tools for addressing when feedback conversations (inevitably) get messy.
Are you ready to experience the benefits of healthy feedback and upskill your team with proven communication techniques?
We offer participatory, practical, and fun training that employees love. It’s training that recognizes the cultural differences in communication and feedback and how those show up in diverse organizations.
“I highly recommend this workshop, especially for globally diverse teams. It helped with alignment, provided actionable and useful frameworks, and helped build a better team (in all ways)!”

What We Believe
A culture of healthy feedback is essential for psychological safety—a shared belief that team members will not be rejected or embarrassed for speaking up with their ideas, questions, or concerns. And research shows that psychological safety is required for diverse teams to fully maximize their collective potential. As you build a diverse organization, effective communication in all directions becomes ever more important. Yet most of us either shy away from giving feedback at all or aren’t taught how to welcome meaningful feedback from others. True inclusion and equity cannot exist without a culture of healthy feedback and perspective sharing. Most feedback training programs are not built with equity at the center—but ours is. We help participants learn how power dynamics and identity impact communication at work.
Our program includes:
A discovery process to understand how employees currently relate to feedback
Small group cohorts engaging in three participatory workshops with practice assignments in between workshops
Expert guidance to your leaders who are influencing feedback culture every day
A co-branded feedback guide to aid in ongoing implementation and new hire training/onboarding
Supportive internal communication about the program to all participants
Summary of results and key recommendations at the end of the program
